Alex mission farewell.

This is a picture of the family from the party that we had Saturday night for Alex. We had one that we invited ward members to before Alex goes on his mission.

Alex will be entering the MTC on October 19, 2011 to serve the people of Albania. It is going to be an incredible experience for both Alex and us. I am so proud of the decisions that he is making in his life.

On Sunday October 16, 2o11 we had his farewell. I will post pictures from that as well. I was thrilled with the number of people that we had come to support Alex in this endeavor.

The picture to the right is a picture of Alex, Makoa and Scott. Scott was here from California to support Alex. He is one of the young men leaders that has meant a lot to Alex. It was great to have him here.

Sunday we had a dinner after his farewell. Alex gave an incredible talk and you could tell that he is ready for this new endeavor in his life. I had some aunts and cousins that traveled from distances to come and support us. It was great. I will post some other pictures later.
