He said in his letter that the first day was crazy. His name tag is in English but he will get one in Albania when he gets there. He likes his companion that he has in the MTC. He said everything was thrown at him the first day and a little bit confusing.
On day 2 he said it was a blur. He said he learned some Albanian and it will be a hard language but with the lord's help he can learn it. He did run into Elder DeLaMare and he will be going out soon. They have an Auzzie elder who will be going to Albania with them.
He says the spirit is so strong there and they are all dying to get to Albania. Alex said he learned more Albanian in two days then he learned the first month in German. He said he can't wait until he can semi speak the language. He said he loved us and he is so busy that he can't miss us which makes me very happy.
He did send me a bill for the shot and also a list of things that he forgot that he wants me to send.
It was a quick note but it was nice to hear because we have been wondering what was going on. I will update with future posts as I receive them.
